There are quite a few projects that are duplicates of other projects, or orphaned projects that were created months ago and are now unused.

We need...

1) some sort of matchmaking system to link up new volunteers with existing projects, and
2) some way to track which projects are active vs. inactive, and
3) A better way to track 'ownership' of projects so that we know who to ask about the above

Upon evaluation of introductory pages and existing projects, a list of drawbacks and areas that require improvement were identified. 

Attached here with is the link for the aforementioned demonstration task where all identified points are listed under 2 different user perspectives.
