The box was working fine previously and the history of the template doesn't show any recent changes; is there a possibility that it has somehow been "turned off" ?

I'm not seeing any issues at this moment, and the links you give appear to show the library resources.

If there is still an issue, could you reopen and give links showing the incorrect behaviour or explaining or the behaviour is incorrect?
