Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Intention:
Edit the caption of an image

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonsai?veaction=edit
2. Select the first image
3. Click the media button in upper right corner
4. Observe image caption
5. Try to close dialogue window

Actual Results:  
4. Image caption does not appear in the dialogue box
5. Dialogue window cannot be closed

Expected Results:  
4. Image caption is editable
5. Dialogue window can be closed

Reproducible: Always

Tested in both Firefox and Chrome.

Setting it to critical since any unsaved data in the article is lost as a result of the dialogue window not closing.
