I just created a new LAMP instance as described at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Lamp_Instance

PROBLEM: The console log is full of LDAP errors:

Mar 24 08:05:46 map nslcd[1041]: [7ed7ab] <group/member="root"> failed to bind to LDAP server ldap://virt1000.wikimedia.org:389: Can't contact LDAP server: Connection timed out

This sounds like a dupe of 62958, which is now fixed.
