On 2014-Feb-24, `includes/Exception.php' was removed from the core (git master), and replaced by a set of files under `includes/exception'.  See <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/115240/>.

On 2014-Mar-24, my attempts to use `repo/maintenance/importInterlang.php' (git master) threw the following error:

PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required '/usr/share/wp-mirror-mediawiki/includes/Exception.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /usr/share/wp-mirror-mediawiki/extensions/Wikidata/extensions/Wikibase/repo/maintenance/importInterlang.php on line 24
