Normal edits have a "(change visibility)" link in user contributions so that they can be easily suppressed if they're objectionable. Flow edits do not. They should! :-)

Note that the only people that can see "(change visibility)" links are people with deletelogentry and/or deleterevision rights (e.g. admins and oversighters on WMF wikis), as they're the only people able to use the links to do anything.

We have to do some research first (figure out how to hook Flow data into RevDel), but that's planned for next sprint :)
