Articles with already flagged revisions have several pointers to flagging process within the Page History page, as well as when seeing a diff there. Articles with no revisions are now a big exception: the only way to initially review is to find the "hidden" field at the very bottom of the article itself (for me it's so well hidden I wasn't able to find it myself, probably because I always look for everything for editors at the top), and there is no review link on Page History page, nor in the diffs. This is inconsistent with the rest of the flaggedrev UI IMHO.
Where can this be seen? Any UI link?
Created attachment 14964 [details] interface screenshot, url at the top Attaching a screenshot but you really go to any flaggedrev enabled wikipedias, look up a completely unreviewed article and go to the History tab. There is no link to revise the article on the Page History tab (at least not on huwp and dewp).
The place was choose to be sure, the editor is looking up the whole page (for vandalism) and not only pressed the button.
