unusual styling after login

Seen in an automated test.  I was not able to reproduce this on crossbrowsertesting.com in two tries.  

In IE9, after login, tabs and User link list are styled in an unusual way.

Beta features are leaking? This looks like the Winter prototype.

Brandon told me Jon or Juliusz should be able to tell what's going on. I'm CC-ing the whole gang.
