The error message:

 "Error while fetching page source or original DOM!"

Could use a few more parameters to help identify the issue. Probably page_id / page_name / wiki.  Or maybe the remote /w/api.php URL used to fetch the page.

Seen on deployment-parsoid04.eqiad.wmflabs instance on the beta cluster.
