On every page at the bottom, there is "Mobile | Desktop" links in mobile view, but only "Mobile view" links in desktop view. Wouldn't it be more consistent to use "Mobile | Desktop" on all views?

Marking as a duplicate to your other bug. The bug you raise is that you cannot switch to desktop view on certain pages. The how we fix this bug is up for debate on that bug report (e.g. whether it is always at the bottom or in the left menu)
