We are getting errors like this in the change dispatch log: (in this one case, we can probably just remove it from the table but would be better if Wikibase would handle this situation somehow) 11:23:04 ERROR: exception 'MWException' with message 'Wiki not configured: test2wiki; consider removing it from the wb_changes_dispatch' in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf20/extensions/Wikidata/extensions/Wikibase/lib/maintenance/dispatchChanges.php:510 Stack trace: #0 /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf20/extensions/Wikidata/extensions/Wikibase/lib/maintenance/dispatchChanges.php(368): Wikibase\DispatchChanges->lockClient('test2wiki') #1 /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf20/extensions/Wikidata/extensions/Wikibase/lib/maintenance/dispatchChanges.php(257): Wikibase\DispatchChanges->selectClient() #2 /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf20/maintenance/doMaintenance.php(104): Wikibase\DispatchChanges->execute() #3 /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.23wmf20/extensions/Wikidata/extensions/Wikibase/lib/maintenance/dispatchChanges.php(999): require_once('/usr/local/apac...') #4 /usr/local/apache/common-local/multiversion/MWScript.php(97): require_once('/usr/local/apac...')
test2wiki is removed but shall leave this open as it would be better if Wikibase handled this without having to do this manually.
this also caused Special:DispatchStats to be skewed and the test2wiki was "stuck" as the "Stalest" wiki
