wb-sitelink-unknown is missing a column and some params.

also we may want to rethink if/how to handle site links for missing sites.  do we show them still? if so, how do we want to show them?

Got resolved in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/152875/.

We probably want to re-evaluate how to handle missing site links (actually, it has not really been evaluated back when it just got implemented). Should be a separate bug or put up for discussion via some other channel.
