Okay so this appears to be due to an already fixed problem

If you compare:
https://bits.wikimedia.org/en.wikipedia.org/load.php?debug=true&lang=en&modules=skins.minerva.content.styles&only=styles&skin=minerva&target=mobile&*

with local version you'll see .content .ambox doesn't appear.
