edit the page with visual editor. using the cursor keys, modify on of the event link texts :

"Wikitext markup detected
You are using VisualEditor - wikitext does not work here. Click "Edit source" to edit the page in wikitext mode – unsaved changes will be lost."

hmm, this might be caused by #-number sequence in the bullet points... if so, not sure whether that can be easily solved

Yeah, the regex can't avoid false positives without making typing very slow; instead, we plan to remove the wikitext warning in a while.
