Bugzilla itself does not support such URLs either (it's just our Apache setup redirecting) so it's not supported in "See Also" either.

The background is that I got such a link by right click => copy location, from a bugzilla link created in gerrit. Maybe we should avoid using such links in places where the URL itself is not user visible?

I believe this is trivial to resolve. There's a whitelist of allowed "see also" URLs... somewhere, as I recall.
