However I have translated this message (https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Right-oversight/ckb), I don't know why it is shown in English (see https://ckb.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ListGroupRights).

The extension Oversight is not supported at translatewiki.net.

Thank you. I don't speak about Oversight extension, I only speak about MediaWiki:Right-oversight message on ckb.wiki.
Its translation is OK on all wikis (for example see fa.wiki), but not on ckb.wiki. How does it work on other wikis?

For example, MediaWiki:Right-oversight isn't available locally on fa.wiki (https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Right-oversight), however it is shown in Persian on Special:UserGroupRights (https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/special:UserGroupRights).
