Dates in Wikidata are currently being formatted as timestamps if language is set to Arabic (and probably Farsi and bunch of other languages)

still get timestamps for zh-classical and lzh.  (fixed for other languages)

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/129369/ shall fix this and then https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/129370/ removes marking skipped tests.
