Dates in non-english are being misformatted on Wikidata.

e.g. when language is set to de, enter "1935" and it formats as ". 1935"

enter "1935" in nl and it formats as "jan 1935"

Arabic dates are formatting as timestamps.

There are almost certainly issues in other languages.
