Hi.

According to this discussion [1], please add the ability to grant and remove account creator flag on Portuguese Wikipedia, which would then be done by sysops and crats.

This flag already exists there, but can only be assigned by Stewards via Meta interface.

Do you have any bureaucrats who are not sysops on ptwiki? If not, then I'll just give the ability to all sysops.
