I believe it is caused by the call to
mw.loader.version( 'jquery.wikiEditor' );
at
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/extensions/WikiEditor/modules/jquery.wikiEditor.js
but this should be fixed after Change-Id: Icb8e591c379b083cfc5f05a1a24320e0f13f7d12
