See attached screenshot.  Green Highlight is the cursor bar -- showing the cursor and the top of the page is somehow ending up under the heading instead of just below it.  Red hightlight is the outline of the (not showing) warning about using an unsupported browser.

Fixed in IE11, at least.

This doesn't happen for me in IE10. The cursor does go under the toolbar, but that is a general issue (there's a lot of scrolling weirdness in IE still). I can't reproduce the invisible notice.
