We moved the common upload steps to upload_file_steps.rb to be shared by UploadWizard and MobileFrontend repos. 

However, both repos still have unique non-shared UploadPage page objects in their repos. 

We should make sure that both the steps and the page object are shared in the mediawiki_selenium gem
