I am reviewing your request for a private mailing list.  Can you tell me how many Korean speaking OTRS volunteers will need to be on the list?

Chris — there are about 5-7 Korean-speaking OTRS agents right now. Asked the same question on IRC earlier today :-)

Hi, I'd suggest OTRS-KO as the list name to follow the naming standard (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_lists/Standardization)

Should be fine. Is the capitalisation of "KO" intended?

Not sure, but I don't think it's needed, other language otrs queues do not and capitalization to often gets languages/countries mixed together incorrectly.

I prefer lowercase.

I went ahead and created the mailing list as "otrs-ko". I'm going to forward the password along to Revi and the rest of the OTRS administrators, so we can help maintain the subscription list when we create/close OTRS accounts.
