In Translate browser tests for Sandbox,

Scenario: Can select a language to translate into
 Given I am logged in
 And I am a sandboxed user on the stash page
 Then I should see a language selector
 And I should be able to select a language

On second step, http://sandbox.translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:TranslationStash?integrationtesting=activatestash takes more than 60 seconds to load causing test failures.

Is this still the case or was it temporary hiccup?
