Steps to reproduce:'

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Insert>Template
3.Click on "Show options"

Observed Result
The template icon and the trash icon is overlapping with "Add template" button
The NEw template heading is appearing below the textbox

Try to add a content/parameter its broken for them too
