The latter link rather recommends to not link to it at all?
(In reply to Andre Klapper from comment #1) > The latter link rather recommends to not link to it at all? Well, it's at least "no consensus". The editor is under the mistaken impression that there is no activity on DMOZ. If the community decides to remove DMOZ links, a bot can easily take them out and then a bug can be filed requesting removal of the "dmoz:" link option.
This is not a RelatedSites bug. This is configured in Wikimedia's own settings I believe, maybe $wmgExtraLanguageNames.
Change 127627 had a related patch set uploaded by Gerrit Patch Uploader: Change "Open Directory" to DMOZ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/127627
Change 127627 merged by jenkins-bot: Change "Open Directory" to DMOZ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/127627
This appears to have been fixed: DMOZ links in the sidebar are now titled "DMOZ" (with the whole page name appearing on hover).
