Steps to reproduce: 1.Open a page with VE 2.Insert a citation or a reference Observed Result: The cursor jumps to the beginning of the document Test Environment: http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5
This happens after adding a template too.

This bug has been reborn in wmf 10
Works in master. Deployment issue?

So, this issue did get re-introduced in wmf 10, and then got somehow resolved in wmf 11, Because I am getting it in production running wmf 10 but not on test2 running wmf 11. Therefore , I am changing the target milestone accordingly.
Verified the fix in production (en.wiki)
