When a log entry has its target revdeled, it doesn't appear when searched by target title, even if I have the permission to view and unrevdel it.

Haven't tested with the user field (log_user) yet.

Works for me

I have a revision deleted log entry [(username removed) (log action removed) (edit summary removed)] on my main page and it is found when I am using my admin account and is not shown when looking as anon. For both, the target and the user.

You're right. Got misled by an original reporter.
