This was suggested in https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=38689530&oldid=38689125&uselang=en Currently the "article-linked" notifications are only sent to the author of the page, but other users may also be interested in knowing about new articles related to a specific page. So, there should be a way for users to create a list of pages for which they will receive notifications when someone adds a link.
