Visual editor adds accesskey 'v' for visual edit in namespaces where the editor is not enabled. For example (in Firefox) pressing alt+shift+v in [[sv:Diskussion:Stockholm]] shows the error message:

"Error loading data from server: novenamespace: VisualEditor is not enabled in namespace 1. Would you like to retry?"

It should be possible to avoid getting an error message by removing the access key. (Also, if Visual editor is not enabled there is no point in asking users to retry.)
