Screenshot showing a copyright hint in the footer in the installation language after a fresh install

Did a fresh install of REL1_22.5 from git.

Installation language: Ripuarian (ksh)
Wiki language: German (de)
Browser language: Dutch (nl)

While not yet logged in, rendering the automatically generated main page ("Hauptseite" in the wiki language) shows the content in the wiki language (good), the navigational stuff in the browser language (good), and the copyright hint in the page footer in the installation language (bad).

Apparently, it was inserted into LocalSettings.php in the wrong language during the installation process.

I suggest using a dynamically generated message from the MediaWiki:-namespace instead of plain text, and thus the browser/user selected language.
