I tried to save which was open for a long time (probably ~3-4 hrs)and got the following error in the console which stopped me from saving the edited content:

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<VeInitMwMobileViewTarget> has no method 'saveDocument'

This looks like a bug in ve.init.mw.Target :(
