Error objects returned by ValueValidators and simmilar classes contain an array of parameters. When building a Message object based on such an error in order to generate a localized error report, such parameters (which may be complex objects, or numbers) need to be formatted and localized. This should be done via the ValidatorErrorLocalizer class.
