When a Flow board is viewed for the first time, a revision is added to the wiki page at the title using the viewing user's account. This is confusing when looking at the user's contributions, exacerbated by the fact that the edit itself is unreachable when the page has been taken over by Flow.
My original description is somewhat inaccurate. The edit might be made by the first person editing the board. This is still not desirable, though.
