I don't enjoy Wikipedia Zero myself, and I'm not sure whether this is a good idea, or at least doable...

I'll try to make sure all releases are up on releases.wikimedia.org.

Not really an apps issue, more to do with Wikipedia Zero. You can contact them about this.
