Description Dan Garry 2014-04-29 23:43:53 UTC
Admins have the ability to edit pages that are protected. When they can do is governed by policy. On the App, currently, one can't easily tell if a page is protected or not, so admins may inadvertently end up editing protected pages when they shouldn't.

There are two ways a user an admin informed a page is protected:

1) Protected symbol added to the page (either by a bot, or the admin who protected the page)
2) Edit notice at the top of the page when they're trying to edit.

These may or may not be suboptimal solutions for mobile.

We implemented this with at least a basic notice a while ago, if further styling is needed let's add another card or bug. :D
