ToC is empty on the main page since there is only one section.

It should either:

1. Show individual sections (needs fixing action=mobileview)
2. Not let you see ToC

I'm inclined towards (2)

I can imagine at some point down the road including additional information in the ToC drawer, such recent changes to the page, page view stats (we can hope, can't we?) and other advanced tools for power users.

But in any case, it may make sense to treat the main page differently from other pages with no ToC. (2) seems like a good choice for now.

Fixed by not showing ToC for pages without sections :)
