On stat1003 several files underneath /srv are owned by non-existing
users, and the owner is given as number (E.g.: /srv/comScore).

Such files cause confusion when trying to find out why something is
not working. For example they caused confusion when the
mobile-reportcard was unavailable some days ago.


If the files that are owned by non-existing users are unneeded, could
  we remove them?
If they are needed, could we assign them their proper owner?




(Bug 64225 is related/similar, but was limited to group ownership of log
files in /srv)
