I'm using the account matanyabot on he.wiki, it holds admin rights on the site.

when i run https://github.com/mat-mo/tp-id-del I get: 

pywikibot.exceptions.LockedPage: The sysop user is not allowed to delete in site wikipedia:he

This script worked as of last week, and only calls delete.py

seems to be caused by: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64727

I'll verify once it is deployed.
