1. Go to File:Wiki.png on zhwiki
2. Click "最早"

This is the "oldest" link in file history pager.

I can confirm this issue happens. However, if we do any work on files on the app, it will almost certainly be replacing the file description page with something more useful and appropriate to the phone's form factor, as opposed to directly trying to improve the page itself. So we realistically won't be fixing this directly.
