Open ToC with article content instead overwriting it

Steps to recreate:

1. Open a long article that isn't cached on your device (such as [[Barack Obama]])
2. Immediately scroll down until you see the 'loading' animation.
3. While it is loading, slide open the TOC
4. When the article finishes loading, the TOC will be overwritten with article content. It reverts to TOC content when you interact with it.

After the patch for bug 63133, I can no longer replicate this. I think the TOC change fixed it.
