Flow is the new communication extension, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Flow . We should implement it in Pywikibot.

Should we create a new "flow.py" in the pywikibot/ directory, or just add the new classes to page.py?

I think flow.py seems like a good idea, page.py is becoming like wikipedia.py
