[[pl:Template:Cytuj stronę]] (cite web) definitely has TemplateData documentation, but it doesn't appear when trying to insert it in VE. I reproduced the same on the Spanish Wikipedia, regardless of UI language.

It seems that VE is trying to load the documentation for "Cytuj_stronę" (with an underscore): "You are adding the "Cytuj_stronę" template to this page. It doesn't yet have a description, but there might be some information on the template's page.". I guess that might be the reason.

It seems to work on the English Wikipedia for some reason.

Caching issue.

It fixed itself. I blame fairies.
