When clicking on a account's name who's userrights has changed on for example http://tools.wmflabs.org/quentinv57-tools/tools/localstewardlog.php?wiki=nlwiki, I am redirected to another website who is completely unrelated to Wikimedia. 
There should be a ":" (colon) between "http(s)" and "//", but that isn't the case here.

That's an extra "http://" or "//".
