In the itwiki_p database there is a page with page_id = 3256917 but I can't see it at https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bar/Discussioni/Torniamo_ai_vecchi_tempi?

Maybe the problem is related with the interrogation mark?

You can't provide the ? there in the url, it would be taken as separating the parameters. Alternatively, you can use https://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Bar/Discussioni/Torniamo_ai_vecchi_tempi? as in that case the previous ? means the later doesn't need to be escaped.
