Created attachment 15372 [details] Toolbar with missing tool icons – undo, redo, all dropdown arrows, link, help, page notices, page options (several icons missing in the dropdowns too) If one forces VE to load with the raster icons, a bunch of them are missing. I'm not sure if this actually happens if any of the supported or greylisted browsers right now, but it blocks a fix for Opera 12 which doesn't handle elements with SVG background images and border-radius set.
Created attachment 15373 [details] Correctly rendered SVG toolbar (The Opera 12 fix I mentioned is Ieafeb9075f741fe6e2624c5c62cf2ea8138e63de.)
We do not intend to load raster icons in VisualEditor.
(In reply to James Forrester from comment #2) > We do not intend to load raster icons in VisualEditor. You *do* load raster icons in VisualEditor. Yes, you're right, it was archaïc code we forgot to get rid of, and we should remove it. Done in Gerrit change #134758.
