On my 4.1.1 device i get stuck at the create account page. 
The send to action seems disabled.
I don't see any log entry when I click it.

Steps to repo:
1) Log in
2) Hit Create Account
3) Enter user name and password
4) Hit the send to icon in the action bar.

Expected:
Go to captcha page

Actual:
Does not proceed
