I can't make new pages since I haven't confirmed my e-mail address. I made my account in May 13th and I haven't received the e-mail confirmation mail.

It isn't in the Spam folder.

Which email provider do you use for that account?

I wonder if this is related to bug 63927.

The website is the Valve Developer Community (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Main_Page).

The email provider is Gmail.

Got a problem: Can't upload images (Special:Upload tells me I have to confirm my e-mail, but I already did).

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Support_desk might be more suited.
