Observed on translatewiki.net when loading https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:LanguageStats/nl. It occurs 3 times.

I've added an is_string() check, but that passes. No idea where this is coming from. Running commit 3726a72f33bb95b6c3cfef512fa019cc4709dab3

First observed updating from 4f064be to fca61d2 (not sure if that's helpful).

Unable to reproduce on dev.translatewiki.net.

Quite a many of these in the logs so still present.
