Not quite sure why, but sync-dblist never seems to successfully run dologmsg

Needs to be rechecked once I5c6b739544a4b18d91012d30d955108753d0c0b2 is deployed to production. I believe that this should be fixed now that the sync-dblist has been ported to python.
